Refund policy

We want you to love your shoes. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, they must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, including the shoe box. Please try shoes indoors to keep them in returnable condition.

Please note: Items sold with damaged packaging or without a box are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us at info@offblock.ca to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items Report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. All OFFBLOCK products are 100% authentic — if something arrives wrong, we'll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations & Modifications Cancellations and modifications can be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Email info@offblock.ca with your name and order number.
