Pricing & Discounts

How is your pricing different from other retailers?
Our prices are already below MSRP. We offer additional discounts based on packaging and tag condition — the more the packaging is affected, the greater the discount. The shoe itself is always brand new and 100% authentic.

Are products with damaged boxes or no tags still authentic?
Yes — 100%. Packaging condition has no impact on the quality or authenticity of the shoe.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original packaging.

Please note: Damaged box and no box items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Each brand fits differently — Saucony runs true to size, while Vans can run slightly large. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us and we'll help you find the right fit.

What if my size is out of stock?
You can contact us to be notified when it's back, or browse similar styles in your size.

Absolutely — all products at OFFBLOCK are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Order modifications and cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Email us at info@offblock.ca with your name and order number and we'll take care of it.
